Senior Appraisal Officer

BBCN Bank is looking for a Sr Appraisal Officer whose role is to be assisting the Chief Appraiser in managing the Bank’s real estate valuation function and risk exposure of real estate collateral primarily for our East Coast region.The position is responsible for ensuring that the Bank receives current, accurate, and regulatory-compliant appraisals and environmental analyses of its collateral and REO properties as outlined in the policies and procedures. 5-10 years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. Appraisal review experience is preferred. Must have a certified general real estate appraisal license that is in good standing.
Candidate can either be based in Los Angeles or in New York/New Jersey.
